Staff team is super friendly and kind. Specially the restaurant staff. They are amazing. Food restaurant is a great one, beautiful breakfast and good coffee. Room is comfortable, bed is ok, pillows ok. Not luxury but for the price is fine. I had nice sleeps . Just one night a room neighbour TV was with a loud volume, l tried to call the reception but phone wasn't working.

Nice, comfortable city hotel, within walking distance of the centre (also accessible with a free bus). Free private parking underneath the hotel was great, although spaces are limited - we were lucky to get the last one. Staff were great, especially Renette on reception who gave us a great welcome and was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed twice in the past fortnight as it's in a nice central location for us The staff are always lovely beds are comfortable and great value. Went to the adjoining cafe (Blue Rock) for breakfast the Maori attendant was lovely top notch service and food was yummy

The room as great as well as the location, cleanness inclusive. Its only that the window was not closing which affected my little as it was extremely cold for us and the AC was not efficient. I recommend working on the window and AC.
